New Orleans heavy metal act HAARP’s brand new album, The Filth, is set for release on November 23rd, 2010 via HOUSECORE RECORDS. The Filth is produced by label owner Philip Anselmo. With several DIY releases to their name, their debut full length album for HOUSECORE RECORDS, The Filth is an ugly, oppressive journey into heavy metal. Famed artist and tattoo master PAUL BOOTH is credited for the amazing album artwork for the new record.

“To call HAARP “slow” would be somewhat fair, but to say that they’re just “another slow band” would be sacrilege,” states label owner Philip Anselmo.
